Every product sold at Mac Station is genuine, with official Apple warranty where applicable, and ships with a proper invoice carrying the device serial number. If something is not right, we want to fix it quickly.

Shipping Across Pakistan

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier services. Orders are dispatched after confirmation, and shipping is free on orders over Rs 100,000. Delivery times vary by city; most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days. For urgent orders in Lahore, contact us and we will do our best to arrange faster delivery or same day pickup from our shop at Hafeez Centre, Gulberg 3.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, and inspect the parcel packaging before accepting it. If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged, note it with the courier before opening.

Order Confirmation

Because prices in Pakistan can change with currency fluctuations and import conditions, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, the final price, and availability before dispatch. Your order is considered confirmed once our team has verified it with you.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition with the complete box, all accessories, and the original invoice. Devices that have been physically damaged, exposed to liquid, or locked with personal accounts (such as Find My or Activation Lock) cannot be accepted for return, so please remove any personal accounts before sending a device back.

How to Start a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery by phone, WhatsApp, or email at Support@macstation.pk with your invoice number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is processed to your original payment method, or in cash for cash on delivery orders.

Warranty Claims

Products with official Apple warranty are covered by Apple’s warranty terms. Keep your invoice safe, as it is required for any warranty claim. Our team is happy to guide you on the warranty process for any product purchased from us.
